ARTICLE VIII - EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
(POSITION NOT BEING CURRENTLY FILLED BY DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE)
Section 1. The voting members of the Executive Committee will employ an Executive Secretary (ies) who will receive a stipend. The Executive Secretary (ies) will assist the officers in conducting business as directed by the President and other officers. An annual report will be submitted to the Board of Directors.
The Executive Secretary (ies) will be employed for a period of three years subject to an annual written review by the voting members of the Executive Committee.
