A. Investigates possible sites for Annual Convention

B. Investigates possible sites for Governance meetings.

C. Investigates possible sites for program events sponsored or cosponsored by the council and its

     affiliates

D. Reports to the Board of Directors on all Site activities.

E. Makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for Convention site location.

F. Arranges all governance and program meetings and completes and signs booking agreements for

    governance and other program events.

G. Negotiates final convention contract and prepares for signature by the President and Executive

     Secretary

H. Serves as liaison with all sites used by the council, serving with the Convention Committee as

     liaison for all in house activities at contracted properties.

I. Adheres to Board financial policies and practices of fiscal restraint

J. No one who serves as an officer of the council may serve in this appointed/compensated position

    at the same time.

K. The term of office is three years.

L. No one shall serve more than two successive full terms at one time, but may be eligible to serve again  

     at a later time.
