Congratulations to Kim O'Neil NCSS Vice-President

Kim O'Neil from Liverpool, New York has been elected vice-president of National Council for the Social Studies and is in line to assume the NCSS presidency for 2015-16.  Kim is currently serving her second term on the NCSS Board as the elementary representative.  Kim taught for 35 years as an elementary and middle school teacher in Liverpool, New York, from which she is recently retired.
